MiniLab is a comprehensive range of small scale equipment for biscuit, cookie and cracker manufacture designed for research and development centres. It is a scaled down version of pilot and production plant in both width and cross section.
The MiniLab range of equipment includes:

We have more than 70 installations in 25 countries supplying International Biscuit Manufacturers; Campbell Soup Company, Kellogg’s, Mondeléz, Nestlé, Pepsico, etc.
In addition to Biscuit Manufacturers the equipment is used by Ingredients Suppliers and Research/Educational Establishments to test fats, sugars, enzymes, flavours, etc; Cargill, CampdenBRI, Danisco, DuPont, Firmenich, INRA, Mane, Tate & Lyle and Universities, etc.
We use stainless steel, food approved plastics and industrial components. For electrical and electronic components we use only industrial standard from suppliers such as Siemens, Lenze, Schneider Electric, etc., just the same as a production line in a factory. We attach the same health and safety standards to our laboratory equipment that you would expect in a factory.
MiniLab equipment is pre-tested at our factory prior to delivery. No installation is required. We provide comprehensive unpacking instructions and all of our customers have so far completed self-installation without any difficulty. If for any reason assistance was required we could provide it.
We provide excellent operating manuals including CE Certification. In addition, we maintain a technical file for 10 years on all of our equipment.
Generally, 85 percent of test work can be undertaken on the MiniLab range of equipment but if you want to make test market volumes then the 300mm wide ProLab range is best suited to the task.
